OUR PROCESS

We are willing to go anywhere within the United States to help you resume business as usual with a reground spindle taper. Our equipment is mobile by design with the scope of our customer base in mind.

We determine the amount of taper contact, and draw bar retention force respectively with a precision test bar, bluing process, and dynamometer.

Aiming for a level of taper contact approaching 90-100 percent, we regrind the taper angle to original machine specifications assisted by a precision taper air gauge.

All measurements are thoroughly documented throughout the grinding process. Once the customer is satisfied, we'll disassemble and leave your business with minimal interruption.
